The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. n77bd reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and, where abuse is detected, to confiscate any associated balances and winnings.
2. Account Registration and Security
When you register with n77bd, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to keep your registration details up to date and to notify n77bd promptly of any changes. n77bd may require identity verification (KYC) at registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. n77bd will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Account Verification (KYC)
n77bd reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any account holder at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of your account. Verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
Account Closure
You may close your n77bd account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to satisfactory verification and no pending fraud investigation) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. n77bd may also close or suspend accounts at its sole discretion for breach of these Terms or for any other reason it deems appropriate.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
n77bd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank cards including Visa and Mastercard. Transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All payment processing is subject to the terms and processing times of the respective payment service provider.
Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on n77bd is ৳500 for all supported payment methods. n77bd does not charge platform fees on standard deposits. Transaction fees imposed by the payment service provider are outside of n77bd's control and may apply separately.
Withdrawal Processing

Suspicious Transactions
n77bd operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. Any transaction that n77bd has reasonable grounds to suspect involves proceeds of illegal activity may be refused, reversed, or reported to relevant authorities. n77bd reserves the right to freeze any account and its associated funds pending investigation of suspicious activity.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
From time to time n77bd may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including any applicable wagering requirements and time limits. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Fraud and Misrepresentation
You must not provide false information at registration or at any other stage of your use of the Platform. Any attempt to defraud n77bd, including through the use of stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, or by any other means, will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Collusion and Match Fixing
Any form of collusion between players, or any attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event or game through match fixing or any other means, is strictly prohibited. n77bd cooperates with relevant sporting bodies and authorities in the investigation of suspected fixing activity.
Exploitation of Technical Errors
You must not exploit any technical error, malfunction, or system fault on the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any bets placed or winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are void. n77bd is not liable for any loss suffered by a player as a result of a technical malfunction and reserves the right to void affected transactions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the n77bd Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and structure of the Platform, is the property of n77bd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. 8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n77bd shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. This limitation applies regardless of whether n77bd has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit n77bd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. n77bd does not guarantee the continuous or uninterrupted availability of the Platform and accepts no liability for service downtime caused by factors outside of its reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, third-party provider failures, or force majeure events.
9. Amendments to These Terms
n77bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, n77bd will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms at n77bd.pro/terms-conditions with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may request account closure.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which n77bd operates. In the event of any dispute between you and n77bd, we encourage you to contact the n77bd support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing any formal legal remedy. n77bd's decisions on matters of account management, bonus eligibility, and transaction disputes are final, subject only to manifest error.
